		<description>@Neil - I can&#039;t give personal advice, you understand. But I do currently still own that trust myself. I think listed commercial property will continue to be volatile over the next couple of years, but personally I&#039;m not selling despite 30 to 50% gains since buying in around the time of this article. Note: The F&amp;C trust will also likely be linked to the market movements, as it&#039;s traded and so will be liable to general sentiment. You&#039;d have to look at a unit trust or similar - personally I&#039;d prefer the volatility!</description>

Checking out the F&amp;C Commercial Property Trust it seems the discount has moved to +13%, do you think its still a good investment for the long term?</description>

		<description>I too think it&#039;s a good tome to buy commercial property but would be hesitant to buy an etf that invests in property companies themselves. 

I think a lots of them may struggle to ride out the storm..</description>
